Job summary

Sanctuary Care in Plymouth is seeking a Home Manager to lead the Furzehatt Residential and Nursing Home. You will guide the team to deliver personalised, high-quality care aligned to each resident’s plan while enriching their daily lives.

This role requires strong operational leadership, a valid NMC PIN, and a full UK driving licence; we offer 33 days leave pro rata, pension matched up to 7%, and flexible working options to help you thrive.

Location: Furzehatt Residential and Nursing Home, 59 Furzehatt Road, Plymstock, Plymouth, Devon, PL9 8QX

Salary: £71,278.56 per annum | Working 40 hours per week
