Sanctuary Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for Fernihurst Nursing Home, Exmouth, Devon. The role involves supporting the Home Manager, leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and building relationships with residents and families.

Your role

Your skills

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting
• Valid NMC PIN
• Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others

• Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
