Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for Fernihurst Nursing Home in Exmouth, Devon. You will support the Home Manager with day-to-day running and lead a team to deliver personalised, high-quality care.

The role requires clinical experience in a nursing setting, a valid NMC PIN, and a confident, warm leadership style. We offer 33 days leave, pension matched up to 7%, and opportunity for professional development.
