Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Home Manager for Cedar Grange Residential and Nursing Home in Launceston, PL15 8FB. The role oversees operations, care delivery, and resident well-being, with the central teams supporting you to excel. You will lead a compassionate team focused on excellent care and continuous improvement.

The position offers a salary of £63,679.80 per annum plus a 20% bonus, working 40 hours weekly, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a residential or nursing care setting.

  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
