Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking an Administrator at Woodland Residential Care Home in Saint Austell. The role involves supporting residents’ daily lives and maintaining efficient administrative systems on-site.

The position requires strong organizational and customer service skills, with experience in residential care being desirable and a warm, communicative approach valued. 16 hours per week at £15.03 per hour, based at Woodland Road address.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents’ daily lives
  • Manage the home’s administrative systems with accuracy and care
  • Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash
  • Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly
  • Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care
  • Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks
  • Warm, approachable and committed to exceptional customer service

Your role
