Advinia Healthcare in Clydebank is seeking a full-time Home Manager to oversee Hill View Care Home. You will lead a caring, motivated team and ensure the highest quality of care for residents, including those with dementia.

The role involves developing care plans, managing budgets, driving occupancy, and building strong relationships with local authorities and external partners. The successful candidate will bring substantial leadership experience in elder care and a passion for person-centered

Qualifications

• Experience managing a similarly sized home is preferable.
• Passionate about Dementia care.
• Experience creating and reviewing care assessments and plans per CI requirements.
• Experience recruiting, developing and managing a team.
• Experience managing and working towards budgets.
• Ability to increase occupancy and market the home as a brand.
• Excellent communication with local authorities and building new contacts.

Advinia Healthcare, is recruiting for a full time Home Manager to support the Registered Home Managermanage Hill View Care Home in Clydebank.

Hill View Care Home is a large homelooking at elderly care and dementia where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.

Essential skills:

• Experience managing a similar sized home - Preferable
• Passionate about Dementia care.
• Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CIrequirements
• Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
• Experience of managing and working towards budgets
• Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
• Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
