Advinia Healthcare is seeking a full time Registered Home Manager for Annan Court Care Home in Annan. This 33-bedded residential home focuses on elderly care and dementia.

As Home Manager, you will ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to residents by developing and leading a caring, motivated team. The home achieved 3s/4s from CI earlier this year.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a similar sized home is preferable.
• Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments according to CQC requirements.
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing a team.

Annan Court Care Home is a 33 bedded residential home looking at elderly care and dementia where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.
The home achieved 3s/4s from CI earlier this year.

Essential skills:

• Experience managing a similar sized home - Preferable
• Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements
• Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
• Experience of managing and working towards budgets
• Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
• Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
