Job summary

Advinia Health Care in Clydebank is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to supervise staff, develop and update care plans, and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a similar Senior Care Assistant role is preferred.

• Able to work well in a supportive team and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication to residents.
