Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment seeks an experienced Home Manager for a care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will lead a 24/7 nursing dementia care team, ensuring outstanding resident care while growing occupancy and revenue.

The role requires an RN with an active NMC pin and strong regulatory knowledge. The Home Manager will report to the Operations Manager and work to enhance service quality, profitability, and brand presence in the local community.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience managing care-home operations preferred.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory standards and quality care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of outstanding care in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Oversee services and levels of care through trained staff.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the home to decision-makers and the local community.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to drive sales, margins and KPI performance.

Job description

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an excellent care home based in the Belfast, Northern Ireland area.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care provider

This is an excellent care home with 24-hour dedicated nursing dementia care team and are trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia or other memory issues

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• To ensure the delivery outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, caring and stimulating environment, whilst increasing profitability and developing brand awareness through occupancy and fee rate growth
• Overall responsibility for all services and, levels of service, provided to the residents through well trained, competent, motivated and excited employees
• Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered Manager
• Act as an ambassador to represent the heart and face of the home to key decision-makers building a sound reputation within the local community and ensuring yours is the local “home of choice” and working towards excellence
• Work with the Operations Manager and wider operational support team to drive sales, margin growth and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance measured against agreed KPIs
