CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, overseeing dementia care and ensuring high-quality service.

The Home Manager will drive occupancy and profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance, and will work with the Operations team to deliver strong home performance.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Ensure outstanding care in a safe, welcoming environment while driving occupancy and fee rate growth.
• Overall responsibility for all services through trained staff.
• Maintain relationships with RQIA and comply with regulatory requirements as Registered Manager.
• Act as ambassador for the home to key decision-makers and build a local reputation as the home of choice.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to drive sales, margins and new services to meet KPIs.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to manage an excellent care home based in the Belfast, Northern Ireland area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care provider

This is an excellent care home with 24-hour dedicated nursing dementia care team and are trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia or other memory issues

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• To ensure the delivery outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, caring and stimulating environment, whilst increasing profitability and developing brand awareness through occupancy and fee rate growth
• Overall responsibility for all services and, levels of service, provided to the residents through well trained, competent, motivated and excited employees
• Maintain excellent relationships with the RQIA complying with legal and statutory requirements and representing the Home as the Registered Manager
• Act as an ambassador to represent the heart and face of the home to key decision-makers building a sound reputation within the local community and ensuring yours is the local “home of choice” and working towards excellence
• Work with the Operations Manager and wider operational support team to drive sales, margin growth and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance measured against agreed KPIs

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through day shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
