Title:Home Lift Regional Sales Manager (London & South East)

Location: Field-based

Reports to: Matt Akerman – Home Sales Director

Salary: Competitive + Commission uncapped + Annual Target Bonus (DOE)

**Role Overview:**

The Home Lift Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in London and the South East, focusing on Group Home Lifts for private residences. This role involves engaging with end users, architects, developers, main contractors, and OTs to understand their needs, offer consultative sales guidance, and promote Gartec's products and services as the preferred supplier.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Manage and grow the existing sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the internal Business Development team to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales forecasts.
  • Achieve individual KPIs, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Develop rapport with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Provide drawings, site details, and costing information to Estimators for client offers.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate contract costs and terms, and attend pre-contract meetings.
  • Produce order documentation for client sign-off and approval.
  • Configure lifts on Aritco's online ordering system (AOS).
  • Liaise closely with the Project Engineer to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Attend sales meetings, company gatherings, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.
  • Conduct CPD presentations to architects online and in person.
  • Coordinate with other sales staff to maintain business levels in all regions.

**Requirements:**

  • MUST live in the South East
  • MUST have a bility to read and understand architects' drawings.
  • MUST have a s ound understanding of construction and house build methods.
  • Knowledge of lifts desirable but not essential, particularly with an engineering/mechanical background.
  • Previous sales experience in customer-facing/home environments.
  • Excellent customer engagement and service skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and conversion.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Team player with enthusiasm and motivation to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Word, and Excel.
