Job summary

Eldercare Pickering and Kirkbymoorside is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to deliver person-centred support for elderly and disabled individuals in their own homes. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent, following tailored care plans and working with families and professionals.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and coordinating appointments.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between Service Users’ homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver person-centred care tailored to each Service User, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
