Job summary

Springfield Healthcare in Harrogate is looking for home care workers to join our teams in Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge and Ripon. You’ll visit clients at home, assisting with light domestic tasks, meals, personal care and medication administration.

Experience in health and social care is welcome but not required. A driver’s licence and access to a car are essential, with full training provided and a supportive mentor throughout.

Qualifications

• Experience and a qualification in health and social care is preferred but not necessary.

About the role:

Our amazing care teams support people at home andin the local community by attending scheduled house calls. Every day isdifferent, depending on the need of the client, you could be supporting withlight domestic cleaning, social activities, preparing meals, personal care andadministering medication.

Skills and qualifications:

Experience and a qualification in health andsocial care is preferred but not necessary. We have an excellent induction andonboarding programme that will give you all the training needed to completeyour role, and your community mentor will be with you every step of the way
