Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd. is seeking Home Care Assistants to support children and adults in Huddersfield and surrounding areas. You will visit clients at home and in the community, helping with daily living tasks with dignity and respect.

The role requires a driving licence with access to a vehicle, reliability, and flexibility. Shift patterns include 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm; travel between visits is expected. Training and support are provided.

Home Care Assistant

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: from £13.30-£16.25 per hour

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full- or Part-Time hours available

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to support children and adults in their own homes and in the community across the Huddersfield area.

Shift patterns available from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm.

Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle and business insurance, as travel between visits is required.

What we offer:

• Pay from £13.30 - £16.25 per hour for carers aged 21 and over (bank holidays £16.25 per hour)
• Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)

About the role

You'll support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. This may include medication support, personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship. We do require all our carers to work alternate weekends.
