Job summary

North Yorkshire County Council is seeking a Home Carer to support service users in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and choice in daily life. You will visit clients regularly to assist with personal care, dressing, meals and shopping, with no previous care experience required.

Salary: £12.76 per hour to £13.00 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Working as a Home Carer in the community is a truly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting service users in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and choice in their daily lives.

Our carers make regular visits to clients, offering support with personal care, dressing, meal preparation, shopping, and administering medication.
