Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd is seeking an experienced Homecare Coordinator to support Dundee and Perth services. The role focuses on rostering, scheduling, and coordinating care packages with strong communication to staff and service users.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Dundee/Perth, a valid driving licence, and experience in health and social care settings. The position offers full-time hours, on-call duties, and career progression in a supportive organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Coordinator in Health & Social Care preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.
• Good knowledge of Dundee and Perth regions.
• SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local authority referrals team to match new care packages.
• Set up service user packages on rostering system (People Planner).
• Schedule service visits and caregiver working rosters.
• Communicate with frontline staff regarding service delivery.
• Participate in branch out-of-hours on-call.
• Report effectively to Service Manager and colleagues.
