Call-In Homecare Ltd. in Scotland is seeking an experienced Homecare Coordinator to join our South Lanarkshire service. You will support scheduling of care packages, work rosters, and liaise with staff to ensure high quality home care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous care coordination experience or a strong background in health and social care, a valid driving license, and a commitment to staff development. On-call duties come with additional payments and a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage and maintain high quality care services.
• Valid driving license and access to own transport.
• Good knowledge of South Lanarkshire and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Liaison with local authority referrals to match care packages.
• Set up service users' packages on the rostering system (People Planner).
• Schedule service visits and Homecare working rotas.
• Communicate with frontline staff regarding service delivery.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call and report to Service Manager.
