Qualifications

• Ideally two years experience as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Match care workers to clients based on level and type of care and proximity.
• Coordinate scheduling and rota to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with relevant care standards in Scotland.
