Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited in Scotland invites an experienced Homecare Coordinator to join our Dundee and Perth services. You will manage care packages, roster schedules, and day-to-day coordination with care staff to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a valid driving license. We offer on-call allowances, weekly pay, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and ambitious with a passion for providing high quality care services.
• Excellent people management and communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain a dynamic, high-quality care service.
• Valid driving license and own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local authority referrals team to match new packages of care.
• Set up service users' packages on the rostering system (People Planner).
• Schedule service users' visits and Homecare workers' rotas.
• Coordinate and communicate with frontline staff to ensure service delivery.
• Participate in the branch's out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Report effectively to the Service Manager and colleagues.
