Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is seeking an experienced Homecare Coordinator to join our North Lanarkshire services. The role focuses on coordinating high-quality home care, rostering staff, and maintaining excellent communication with service users and colleagues.

A valid driving license and knowledge of North Lanarkshire are advantageous. The position offers a full-time role with on-call responsibilities and a competitive package, including progression opportunities within a progressive care

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering high quality care at home services.
• Excellent communication skills and focus on positive outcomes for colleagues, staff and service users.
• Ability to manage and schedule care rotas and service plans.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local referrals team to match new care packages.
• Set up service users' care packages on the rostering system.
• Schedule service visits and staff working rotas.
• Communicate with frontline staff about service delivery.
• Participate in branch on-call out of hours.
