Role Overview

As a Home Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes to live independently, safely, and with dignity. Full training is provided, no prior experience needed.

Main Duties

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication administration (full training given)
• Meal preparation and light domestic tasks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Accurate record-keeping via our mobile care app
• Travelling between clients throughout the day

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
• A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
• Reliability and excellent communication skills
• Ability to use a mobile phone/app for logging care notes
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (company-supported)
