Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to join the Warrington cluster. You will deliver mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. The role starts and ends at home, focusing on your local area to get members back on the road quickly.

With a Level 2 light vehicle qualification (or equivalent) and 2+ years' experience, you’ll enjoy a market-competitive base salary and realistic OTE, plus extensive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions.
• Start and finish work from home while servicing members locally.
