Job summary

Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician working in the UK. A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of post-qualification technical experience are required. You will diagnose, repair, and provide emergency breakdown support, starting and finishing from your driveway.

Your role covers local areas within the Oxford cluster region, and you will be equipped with a RAC van, fuel card, and full uniform to support rapid roadside service.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post-qualification technical experience.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Start and finish each day from home with demand-led shifts and local area focus.
