Geobear is seeking a Regional Area Manager (Residential) who will lead a high-performing sales team across Southern England from a home-based base. You will drive personal sales, coach regional managers, and manage a strategic pipeline while ensuring rigorous CRM discipline and timely deal progression.

You will travel across the region to customer sites and meetings, design geopolymer solutions, and mentor sales talent to sustain revenue growth and margin improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in residential/construction sales or related sectors.
• Proven track record in high-value pipeline management.
• Experience coaching and leading sales teams in fast-paced environments.

• Lead from the front with personal sales and site visits to close key opportunities.
• Coach regional Area Managers with structured weekly 121s and deal coaching.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate regional forecasting in Salesforce.
