Job summary

Häfele UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover the South coast including Southampton, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Salisbury. You will work remotely, manage a defined patch, develop partnerships and deliver profitable sales growth.

The role requires field sales experience in the KBB sector, strong planning, CRM reporting, and regular customer visits. A full UK driving licence and living near BH/DT/SO/SP patches are essential.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience across KBB sectors
• Experience in territory management and meeting sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with good planning and diary management
• Driving licence and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage your territory across BH, DT, SO and SP postcodes
• Build long-term relationships with customers in the KBB sector
• Promote and sell Häfele products through meetings and remote channels
• Plan visits, maintain call logs and manage sales activity
• Achieve or exceed sales and gross profit targets
• Use CRM to log opportunities and report progress
• Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Provide customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams
• Deliver excellent customer experience from first contact through follow-up
