Zusammenfassung

Search is recruiting an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of up to five premium care homes in the South of England. This senior leadership role combines hands-on regional oversight with strategic support to Home Managers to ensure consistently high standards of care, regulatory compliance and strong commercial performance.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Nurse with an active NMC PIN, able to travel regularly from a home-based base.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership across multi-site nursing homes.
• Experience delivering high-care standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to develop Home Managers and drive performance.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership across up to five premium care homes.
• Coach Home Managers to achieve strong results and occupancy targets.
• Ensure nursing and residential care meets quality and regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality, compliance and financial performance across the portfolio.
• Lead recruitment, retention and succession planning within the region.
• Travel regularly to the homes to provide visible leadership.
