Job summary

National Trust in Ripon seeks a Holidays Operation Team Leader to oversee 15 cottages at Fountains Abbey and Brimham Rocks. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, coordinate maintenance, and manage changeovers with flexibility. The role includes some Saturday cover and shift-based days in a 10-hour weekly pattern.

You will work with the Holidays Manager to maintain high standards, supervise guest materials, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the holidays operation across National Trust’s cottages, ensuring high standards of care and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance work and repairs for cottages and guest materials.
• Provide cover for changeovers and Saturday shifts as needed; ensure adherence to changeover guides.
• Collaborate with Holidays Manager and Assistants to deliver efficient, flexible service.
