The National Trust is hiring a Holidays Assistant Manager in Saltash. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is permanent, with a 3-day pattern across Monday to Saturday.

You will focus on delivering outstanding service to guests in Trust holiday locations, answering questions, and supporting local teams to maintain high standards. You will supervise caretakers, coordinate rotas, manage stock and purchases, support recruitment and induction, and help ensure safety and compliance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard guest service at Trust holiday locations.
• Answer questions and follow procedures with local teams and Contact Centre staff to ensure consistency and high standards.
• Supervise caretakers, coordinate rotas, organise changeovers and service cleans, and manage stock, purchasing and stores.
• Assist with recruitment, induction and training of new staff.
• Respond to incidents, support safety, and handle unplanned tasks to keep standards and guests happy.
