Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to help customers during the festive period. You will guide shoppers to the perfect gifts, manage till transactions, and support store operations while maintaining a high standard in-store.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, assisting with stock and cafe duties where applicable, and contributing to a magical Christmas experience for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, proactive customer service.
• Able to handle fast-paced store environments and peak times.
• Accurate, attentive approach to cash handling and refunds/exchanges.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs and allergies.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the store and present seasonal products.
• Help customers choose gifts and explain features like Velvetiser.
• Support deliveries and stock replenishment as needed.
• Process till transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain clean, inviting store and cafe areas.
• Prepare drinks/snacks if cafe is present, following guidelines.
