Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to support our busiest Christmas period in UK stores. You’ll engage customers, help them select perfect gifts, check allergens, and handle till transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Immersing customers in Hotel Chocolat world and our seasonal product range
• Help customers choose perfect Christmas gifts and check allergens
• Support store team with deliveries and replenishment
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at till
• Maintain high store and café standards to WOW customers
• Prepare drinks/snacks if café area and keep area clean
• Support store and team to drive success
