Hotel Chocolat in the UK is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor for October to December to help customers find the perfect gifts during the festive period. You’ll immerse shoppers in the world of Hotel Chocolat and its seasonal products, including the Velvetiser.

You’ll be reliable, flexible and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, processing transactions at the till and supporting cafe activities where applicable, with a generous staff discount.

Responsibilities

• Immersing customers in the world of Hotel Chocolat and a store full of seasonal products.
• Ensuring customers find the perfect Christmas gift by understanding buying needs and checking for allergens.
• Supporting the store team with deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintaining a high standard in store and café areas to WOW customers.
• If a café area exists, preparing hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks per guidelines while keeping the area clean.
• Supporting the store and team to contribute to overall store success.
