In this fast-paced role you’ll handle till transactions, assist with deliveries and replenishment, and support the store team to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Flexible hours during peak season and holidays.
• Excellent communication and allergen awareness.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and showcase seasonal products to inspire gift purchases.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and confirm allergies at checkout.
• Support store deliveries and stock replenishment as required.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain a high standard in-store and cafe areas to WOW customers.
• If applicable, prepare hot/cold drinks and snacks and keep the cafe area clean.
