Hotel Chocolat is inviting you to join our festive peak season as a Seasonal Sales Advisor in the UK. You’ll help customers find the perfect gifts, share product knowledge and keep the store sparkling during our busy Christmas period.

We value reliability and flexibility to match store trading hours, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You’ll process transactions, assist with deliveries, and contribute to a magical in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Immersing customers in the world of Hotel Chocolat and the seasonal product range.
• Helping customers choose the perfect Christmas gifts by understanding their needs and allergies.
• Supporting deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintaining a high standard in store and café areas to WOW customers.
• Preparing hot and cold drinks and snacks where applicable, keeping the area clean.
• Supporting the store team to drive success.
