Job summary

Hotel Chocolat in the United Kingdom is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor to join our festive team during the peak trading period. You will delight customers, help them choose the perfect gifts, and create a magical, welcoming shopping experience.

In this role you’ll process transactions, support stock replenishment, and assist in store and café areas where applicable. The position offers £13.05 per hour, flexible hours, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Reliable and flexible to meet store needs, especially during busy periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle peak hours.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about chocolate and gifting.

Responsibilities

• Immersing customers in the Hotel Chocolat experience and helping them choose gifts.
• Discovering buying needs and checking for allergens during visits.
• Supporting deliveries and replenishment, processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintaining high store standards, and café areas if applicable.
• Assisting the team to contribute to store and seasonal success.
