Job description
Responsibilities

The job holder will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds and amenity areas within the estate. This is a non-operational job with no line management or supervisory responsibilities.

This job is broadly open to the following groups:

  • UK nationals
  • nationalities of the Republic of Ireland
  • nationalities of Commonwealth countries who have the right to work in the UK
  • nationalities of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and family members of those nationalities with settled or pre-settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS)
