Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support KS1 learning with targeted interventions and small groups.
• Lead HLTA responsibilities three afternoons per week during teachers' PPA time.
• Provide occasional classroom cover with appropriate HLTA rate adjustments.
• Support pupils with SEND and contribute to wider school life.
