Long Term Futures Ltd is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Newham, East London. The ideal candidate will lead whole-class lessons and provide PPA cover across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting diverse learners in achieving their potential.

Qualifications

• Recognised HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Provide high-quality PPA cover for classes.
• Deliver targeted interventions for individual pupils.
