Job summary

Glebefields Primary School in Tipton is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team. The successful applicant will help deliver high-quality interventions, support learning across the school and lead whole-class activities.

The role requires a recognised HLTA qualification (or willingness to undertake it), excellent classroom practice, and the ability to plan, deliver and evaluate learning.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised HLTA qualification or have equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
• Be able to plan, deliver and evaluate learning activities.
• Have experience of supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs.
