Qualifications

• HLTA status or progression towards HLTA accreditation.
• Ability to lead whole-class teaching independently.
• Strong classroom management and curricular understanding.
• Excellent spoken and written English in line with immigration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess structured lessons during teacher absence and release time.
• Lead targeted interventions to close attainment gaps for vulnerable groups.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
• Foster a positive, calm, and engaging classroom environment.
