Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking a History Teacher for a well-established 11–16 secondary school in Norfolk. This full-time, long-term role starts immediately, with potential for extension and ongoing professional development.

You will teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4, plan engaging lessons, develop analytical thinking, assess progress, and contribute to the wider Humanities department. QTS or equivalent is required with strong classroom management.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching History within a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
