Job summary

English Heritage is seeking a Visitor Assistant at Warkworth Castle, Northumberland. The role is permanent, working 14 hours per week from April to October, with 0 hours per week November to March. You will help deliver engaging visitor experiences and promote membership benefits.

No history background is required; a passion for people and excellent customer service is essential. Full induction training and ongoing support are provided.

• Help ensure site is accessible, safe and well presented at all times.
• Support a varied schedule, with busier and quieter periods.
