Job summary

RG Setsquare is looking for an Electrician (Mobile) to join our South East based building maintenance team in West Sussex. The role covers planned, preventative and responsive electrical work across healthcare and commercial environments.

You'll hold an NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical installations (18th edition) and have a UK driving license. Salary is paid hourly with PAYE or umbrella rates, and the position is temporary with a view to permanent for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical installations (18th edition) required.
• Experience in FM or healthcare environments preferred.
• Own basic electrical tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, preventative and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Support building maintenance projects and small works.
• Work as part of Southeast based team on FM contracts.

Duration: 3 months Temp to perm

Hours: 8am-5pm, 40 hr week (1hr unpaid lunch)

Payrate: £22.63 an hour PAYE (£20.19 base rate + holiday paid at 12.07%) / Umbrella: £24.52 per hour

OT rate 1.5.

Sunday and Bank hols 2.0

Call out 1 in 4 with £100 standby rate.

Job Duties:

An experienced Multi Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our South East based building maintenance and repair team. This team delivers planned, preventative and responsive building maintenance and repairs. Trusts on a planned, responsive repairs and small works projects basis.

Requirements:

Strong commercial electrical experience ideally gained working for an FM (Facilities Management) company. Experience working in a healthcare environment would also be beneficial, although candidates with experience gained in other commercial environments will also be considered (ie offices, hotels, education etc).

You will hold an NVQ or City and Guilds qualification Level 3 for electrical installations, 18th edition.

Looking for an electrical maintenance engineer.

Van and fuel car provided - basic tools required.

Valid UK Driving License.
