GAP Group is seeking an Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our Welfare division, supporting the hire of portable toilets, wheelchair access units, eco welfare units, and Tanker services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling hires, queries, and logistics to keep operations smooth and sales strong.

You will manage hires, coordinate with drivers and fitters, and resolve issues with professionalism. The role offers career progression in a growing, family-run business.

Qualificações

• Experience in a high-volume hire desk or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commercial edge.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills, including Outlook and Excel.
• Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in plant and tool hire is a bonus, with willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming and outgoing hires daily across a range of equipment.
• Process hire desk administration and handle customer and supplier queries quickly.
• Ensure stock levels meet demand and identify opportunities to maximise sales.
• Coordinate with drivers and fitters to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues professionally and efficiently.
