Job summary

Speedy Hire in Grangemouth is seeking a Hire Controller to manage the end-to-end hire process from order to delivery and collection. You will work closely with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure customer needs are met and service is outstanding.

The role is desk-based, based at the depot, with Mon-Fri, 42 hours per week, and requires strong organisational and communication skills, adaptability, and a drive to learn and develop within the hire industry.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational role.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full hire process from order to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with depot teams to ensure customer needs are met and service is excellent.
• Work with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays.
• Support the ESG strategy and operate in line with company policies.
