Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Hire Desk Manager for Rainham on a temporary to permanent basis. The role covers day-to-day management of the hire desk, coordinating customer inquiries, processing hire orders, and leading a small team.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration and customer service skills, excellent communication, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in administration, customer service or office management.
• Experience supervising a small team.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day running of the hire desk.
• Coordinate customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Process hire orders, quotations and contracts accurately.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Schedule equipment hire and ensure timely delivery and collection.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and support a small team to achieve business objectives.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Support the wider business with administrative tasks as required.
