Speedy requires a Co-ordinator in Basildon to join our depot team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll manage customer enquiries and hire orders from start to finish, coordinate deliveries and collections, and work closely with drivers, engineers and the wider depot team.

No prior hire industry experience is required—great communication, organisation and a proactive, customer-focused approach will help you succeed.

Qualificações

• Experience in the hire industry, customer service or similar operational environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation with ability to juggle priorities.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to problems.
• Confidence using IT systems.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer enquiries and hire orders from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate equipment availability, deliveries and collections.
• Work closely with drivers, engineers and depot team.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Keep hire information and records accurate and up to date.
• Help maximise equipment utilisation and depot targets.
• Support the delivery of Speedy’s ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
