The Hire Controller, based in the depot, plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building strong relationships is key, as you will coordinate the entire hire process—from taking orders to delivery and collection—working closely with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, your work will be desk-based, collaborating with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure equipment availability and minimal delays, maintaining close contact with customers.
