Location - Ashford

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00 (42 hours per week)

Role Overview

The Hire Controller, based in the depot, plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building strong relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process—from taking orders to delivery and collection—collaborating with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

On a typical day, you'll work at a desk, coordinating with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to ensure equipment availability and timely service.
