Based in the depot, the Hire Controller plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building strong relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, coordinating with various depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will work at a desk, collaborating with other departments, including stock teams, drivers, and engineers, to ensure equipment availability and prompt service.
