Job summary

Caval Limited seeks an experienced Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to oversee the final stages of a highways project in Fareham. You will coordinate with the main contractor, support the site team, and ensure works finish safely and to a high standard.

The role focuses on leadership, site supervision, and completing remaining VRS tasks with quality and efficiency, while adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Highways Supervisor or Senior Supervisor.
• Highways/VRS experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with the main contractor and site teams.
• Relevant highways certifications/tickets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the site workforce.
• Liaise with the main contractor on a daily basis.
• Ensure the team remains productive and on programme.
• Assist with snagging, finishing works, and de-mobilisation.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout the project.

Job Title: Supervisor / Senior Supervisor - Highways

Location: Fareham

Salary: Competitive - Weekly CIS Payments

• Stand down on 7th September
• Approximately 3 days of de-mobilisation and finishing works to follow
• Opportunity to work on a highways project with an established VRS contractor

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to join a highways project in Fareham. The majority of the VRS (Vehicle Restraint System) installation has already been completed, so the role will focus on overseeing the final stages of the project, coordinating with the main contractor, supporting the site team, and ensuring the works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
